Return and Exchange Policy

REFUND POLICY 
At Ericmichael.com we want you to be completely satisfied with every pair of shoes you purchase. If you are not satisfied you may return unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days from when you received it.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@ericmichael.com, and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

For damaged or defective products, we offer a full refund, including return shipping costs, within the 30-day timeframe. Return shipping cost is on us.

For all other returns, a standard return shipping fee of $9.95 per pair of shoes will be deducted from your refund.

All refunds are processed within 1-4 business days upon receipt of the returned package. 

EXCHANGE POLICY 
Exchange is free! If you wish to exchange; enclose a note in the return package specifying the style, color, and size you'd like to receive as a replacement.

Please include your order number and reason for return so that we can process the exchange efficiently.
