Return and Exchange Policy

At EricMichael.com we want you to be completely satisfied with every pair of shoes you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days from when you received it.

We provide one prepaid return label per order for the initial return or exchange. If you need an additional return or exchange for the same order, please email us.

For damaged or defective products, we offer a full refund, including return shipping costs, within the 30-day timeframe. Return shipping cost is on us.

For all other returns, a standard return shipping fee of $9.95 per pair of shoes will be deducted from your refund.

All refunds are processed within 1 to 4 business days upon receipt of the returned package.
